Taylor Lautner's Movie Company Looking For Director For First Film

Abduction is the first movie that will come from Taylor Lautner's newly launched film company, Tailor Made, making it a very high priority for Taylor to be sure the movie is a success (he will also star in it).

The movie, which will begin filming in July, has yet to officially confirm a director. Invincible director Ericson Core recently met with the studio, film producers and Taylor and is now considered a leading candidate for the job. Other directors who have been considered are John Singleton (Boyz n the Hood) and Gary Fleder (The Express).

"Abduction" comes from an original script by Shawn Christensen, and involves a teenager [Taylor Lautner] who slowly begins to discover that he's not who his parents have always said he is.
